Calling all Fulbrighters! Nominate a changemaker for the 2026 Mulert Award.

If you’re working on a project that advances mutual understanding, dialogue and peace, or if you know a fellow Fulbrighter whose work deserves to be celebrated, please submit an application or nomination here and feel free to share this call widely within the Fulbright community.

🔸 About the Mulert Award:
The Mulert Award is granted annually by the Fulbright Alumni e.V. to an outstanding founder, researcher, artist, professional, and/or volunteer across disciplines whose work and projects advance discourse and peace through mutual understanding. Established in 2010, the award honors the memory of our association’s initiator and founder, Dr. Jürgen Mulert, and recognizes exceptional former participants of the worldwide Fulbright Program.
🔸 What the award includes:
The awardee and their project will be featured during a festive ceremony at our Spring Ball on April 18, 2026, in Dresden (general registration details will follow soon). The winner will receive:
◻️ 1,000 EUR monetary support
◻️ Online and print media coverage
◻️ Full travel support to the award ceremony (within Europe), and networking opportunities within the Fulbright community
