Winterball 2020 in Mannheim

Dear Fulbrighters and Friends,

We kindly invite you to the General Assembly and Winterball, which will be held February 14- 16, 2020 in the city of Mannheim, with the Winterball itself taking place in the Dorint Kongresshotel Mannheim.

We are proud to offer a program around the General Assembly that will give you the opportunity to discover Mannheim, a city revered for its rich history, industry, trade and university. We’re sure you’ll enjoy the weekend!

Further Information

Please note that the fee of 89 EUR (reduced: 59 EUR) includes the General Assembly and the meal at the ball (without drinks). You’ll also need to transfer the fee for the city tour (5 EUR) in advance if selected.

The Get-Together and Brunch need to be paid separately at the respective locations. To allow for better planning, please indicate below which activities you plan to attend. Every individual needs to sign up for him-/herself, even if you are accompanying someone.

Participation of the General Assembly is open to all members of the Fulbright Alumni e.V., independent of the Winterball. If you are not yet a member, you can sign up at any time beforehand.

Once registered for the Winterball, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days. Please make sure you also check your spam folder.

By registering you agree that photos and videos may be taken of you and that these photos or videos may be published publicly.

Please transfer the fee by January 31, 2020 to the bank account provided in the confirmation email.

After January 31, 2020, a late fee of an additional 20 EUR (on top of the ticket price) will apply. We cannot refund any Winterball or guided tour fee if you cannot participate.

Transportation

All locations are easily accessible by local public transportation, which also offers a 3-day ticket for singles and groups (VRN website). You may also be able to reach each location on foot if you so choose.
