On October 25, 2019, starting at 1 pm, Fulbright Germany will be holding its first FULBRIGHT UNCONFERENCE in Leipzig. Together with Bernd Riedel und Eugen Litwinow, our colleagues, cherished alumni and co-founders at Ellery Studio, Fulbright Germany developed this new knowledge transfer format in order to share both experiences and expertise with fellow Fulbrighters and beyond.
We cordially invite you to this event, as well as to a small networking event in the evening for Fulbrighters in the Leipzig area.
The topic of this pilot UNCONFERENCE will be “The Ambassador Role of Fulbrighters.”
“An UNCONFERENCE subverts the highly structured typical format of a conference. In place of a series of lecture-like presentations or discussions, the UNCONFERENCE has no agenda until the attendees make one up.”
Typically, the participants are asked to pitch topics of their interest in the context of an overarching theme, and the most interesting are chosen by votes.
